Once both the applicant form and plan review process are complete, an approval letter will be emailed to you.
When the construction or remodel is complete, and all noted considerations or deficiencies are addressed, you will coordinate with the MDA inspector listed on the approval letter to arrange a pre-operational inspection. Advance notice of at least 14 calendar days is required.
If all items listed in the letter are in compliance, the inspector will verify your facility is in accordance with the plan review and can approve the operation to open for business.
If you make revisions after your plans have been approved, please contact the reviewer who signed your letter.
