Food Defense Intentional Adulteration Training
The Food Protection and Defense Institute, the Minnesota Food Safety and Defense Task Force, and the Minnesota Department of Agriculture are hosting a 2-day Food Defense Intentional Adulteration Training on May 1 and 2, 2019 (from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. both days) in Minneapolis, MN.
The training is designed to assist food industry professionals as they create and improve tailored food defense plans, work to achieve regulatory compliance with the FSMA Intentional Adulteration rule, and protect their products and brand reputation.
This training will introduce participants to methods to prepare a food defense plan, conduct vulnerability assessments, and identify and implement mitigation strategies.

MAITC Teacher Tour - Feed, Seeds, and STEM
The Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom Program (MAITC) offers unique summer tours that allow educators to get a first-hand look into the world of agriculture. Resources, hands-on activities, and interactive ideas for integrating agriculture in your curriculum will be discussed and shared. CEUs and graduate credits available.
