The mission of the MDA's Produce Safety Advisory Group (PSAG) is to facilitate open, responsive communications between the Produce Safety Program, produce farmers, produce stakeholder groups, and University of Minnesota Extension. The group will build on farmer and stakeholder expertise to guide the program's outreach and engagement strategies and contribute to awareness, understanding, and compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act's Produce Safety Rule in Minnesota.
