2023 Treatment Areas

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA), in collaboration with federal, state, and local partners, treated spongy moth populations at four sites in the summer of 2023 using a mating disruption product. Spongy moths are an invasive insect, and our state monitoring program found a high number of moths in these areas.
