Assistance is available to dispose of hazardous waste products not accepted as pesticide waste (i.e. mixed crop pesticide rinsates, pit sludge). The facilities listed in the table below offer assistance to businesses and farmers.

You are strongly encouraged to discuss your needs with the location prior to your visit.

Requirements for disposal:

  • Payment of designated fees
  • A Minnesota Hazardous Waste Generators license (facility staff can help you obtain a license)

Possible requirements, be sure to check with staff before you visit:

  • Bring waste in containers appropriate for shipping
  • Schedule a drop-off time
  • Discuss how much waste you intend to drop-off. If the volume is too great, the facility may not have enough storage capacity.
