In your budget, only include the projected expenses that will be eligible for this grant. In the Investment section, you might want to talk about those ineligible expenses to demonstrate your organization’s commitment to the project. It will be up to the review committee and the Commissioner of Agriculture to determine if they would like to fund proposals partially or in their entirety.
