Why do we collect data from produce farms?
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) Produce Safety Program
We ask that you complete this short survey to help us improve our licensing process for the MDA Hemp Program. By giving us feedback on your experience applying for a Hemp Program license, it will help us identify areas which need improvement. This survey is completely voluntary; you are in no way required to participate. Please note that while submissions are anonymous, the information you provide will be classified as public data under Minnesota law, and the MDA is required to make it available to anyone who asks for it. Thank you very much for your time.
