The units of the MRLs we are looking for are in ng/L (ppt) not ppb. Direct injection is fine, if that is the method you think would work best you can just give a quote for that.

Your MRLs are between 5-100 ppb, if we directly inject for these levels without having to extract the water the analysis costs proposed will be significantly cheaper. Do you prefer the bid contain pricing for extraction, direct injection, or both?

You are allowed and encouraged to submit RFP materials without currently performing analysis of the identified compound list. However, related to item g) on page 10 of the RFP, your ability or lack thereof to provide method validation and proficiency test data may affect how you are scored in the evaluation process. Related to item 2b on page 11, your background and experience with examples of similar work may also affect how you are scored.
