"Farming your Way, Creating Balance” is the theme for this year's event.

Agriculture is as diverse as the people who make it thrive. In an industry where every farm and role is unique, finding your place means discovering the balance that works best for you, your farm, your family, and your goals. This journey isn't one-size-fits-all; it’s about shaping a role in contributing to the food system, while balancing family and farm operations. It’s about engaging with your community while marketing your farm products.

This conference welcomes beginning, future, and long-time farmers, plus those in the agricultural industry, educators, and farming enthusiasts. Topics include farm finances, healthy soils, pasture management, balancing it all, goal setting, integration of crops and livestock, childcare planning, business planning, MDA grant information, ag product marketing, managing social presence, and wellbeing and resiliency.

The theme for the first annual Ag for All conference is "Transforming Barriers into Breakthroughs."

Join us and University of Minnesota Extension as we engage in opportunities to learn from each other and context experts about the unique role the LGBTQIA+ community has in the agriculture industry. In addition to plenty of time to network and get to know your LGBTQIA+ neighbors, the day will feature a panel of professionals, producers, and community members, as well as educational workshops, and roundtable discussions on emerging topics affecting the LGBTQIA+ community.

"Rooted in Agriculture: Cultivating Leadership; Growing Together" is the theme of this year's conference, which focuses on developing and uplifting women in agriculture and giving them tools to deal with an ever-changing industry.

Participants will advance and improve their skills through an engaging day of learning and networking. Get energized by discovering new ideas, connecting with others in agriculture, and celebrating mentors and positive role models.

A highlight of the conference is the recognition of the 2025 Outstanding Agriculture Mentors. This award is in its 23rd year and recognizes people who have been positive mentors and role models for people in agriculture, especially women.

The FEAST! tradeshow features local entrepreneurs committed to growing the regional foodshed, buyers large and small, access to pre/post-tradeshow webinars, and more.

The day includes the Buyers' Expo; lunch; FEAST! Network awards and Founders Forum; and opportunities for real conversations with other makers and buyers.

The Farm Safety Working Group (FSWG) is an informal collaboration between state agencies, higher education institutions, agriculture membership organizations, farm safety advocates, private sector companies, and labor and safety organizations focused on improving safety in agriculture.

The FSWG’s purpose is to provide a forum to discuss safety issues in agriculture, connect groups and organizations who are working on farm safety, and organize a collective effort to improve agricultural safety.
