Guidance Document 27 - Contract Land Spreaders of Contaminated Soil from Agricultural Chemical Incidents

The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) provides the following list of Land Spreaders of agricultural chemical contaminated soil as a service to the public. The companies listed below are not endorsed by the MDA. In addition, the MDA does not represent that these companies are providing services that comply with applicable laws. The list is not comprehensive; other firms offering similar services may exist.

The information below is a summary of information provided to the MDA by the companies listed and is subject to change. These companies have stated that they are capable of land application rates as low as one ton per acre.

For additional information about services provided and availability, contact the companies directly. The MDA recommends that you carefully evaluate the services provided by these companies. In addition, please make sure that the land spreading company you select complies with all state and federal requirements.
