What Does Made in Minnesota Mean?
The Minnesota Made logo is a trusted label supporting local food, beverage and pet food makers across our state. When you see this mark, it means the product has been
certified by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture and meets these standards:
- The product is manufactured in Minnesota (it’s Minnesota made!).
- The company has fewer than 500 employees.
- The company is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
Eligible Products:
- Food packaged for human consumption
- Beverages including beer, wine, cider, and spirits
- Pet food and treats
