Join us to learn more about grant programs that support Minnesota school districts and early childhood education (ECE) centers that want to buy and serve Minnesota-grown and raised foods.

Find out more about eligibility, allowable expenses, and how to apply for the First Bite and Full Tray Grants. These grants are open to public or private K-12 schools or school districts in Minnesota that participate in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and early childhood education (ECE) centers that participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in Minnesota.

Are you a family child care provider? Attend our Thursday, September 18 information session about the Local Tots Cost-Share.

Grant applications are due by 4 p.m. Central Time on Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Funding for these programs comes from the Agricultural Growth, Research, and Innovation (AGRI) Program that supports the advancement of Minnesota’s agricultural and renewable energy industries.
