In 2026, Minnesota beef producers will vote on a proposed refundable increase to the state's current beef checkoff. This is the first of three hearings for producers to learn more about the proposal, which would fund additional beef production research, promotion, and consumer activities in Minnesota.
This in-person hearing is during the Minnesota Cattle Industry Convention & Trade Show. You don’t need to be registered for the convention to attend the hearing.
