Multiple Agency Use of Clean Water Fund


Seven partner agencies are included in the Governor's proposal to receive dollars from the Clean Water Fund.  They include:Clean Water Land & Legacy Amendment logo

  • Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)
  • Department of Natural Resources (DNR)
  • Department of Agriculture (MDA)
  • Department of Health (MDH)
  • Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR)
  • Public Facilities Authority (PFA)
  • Metropolitan Council

To review funding for each state agency, the various Clean Water Fund activities and the goals during the 25-year life of the Clean Water, Land and Legacy Amendment, please refer to the following:

Additionally, the Legislative Coordinating Commission (LCC) maintains the website Minnesota's Legacy, Watch the Progress, to help Minnesotans monitor how Amendment dollars are spent.
