Oriental bittersweet

CCM treated 11 acres of private land in Red Wing and Winona.

Japanese hops

Due to high water levels on the Root River, crews were unable to access infestations by boat. Hops were treated at boat landings in cooperation with the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.

Palmer amaranth

CCM treated 60 acres infested with Palmer amaranth in western Minnesota. In order to reduce seed, Palmer plants including seedheads were incinerated. Propane torches were used to burn the plants.
