Pest risk assessments provide means for identifying pests with the greatest likelihood of invading and causing adverse effects. Limited resources can then be focused on the most important pests. In addition, they can reveal important pathways by which the pest could enter Minnesota. Pest risk assessments can also identify gaps in our knowledge about pests.

Larger risk score values indicate greater risk. See Guidance Document and individual risk assessments for further details.
