Shared Commercial Kitchen Directory


Sometimes called community commercial kitchens, commercial kitchens, or kitchen incubators; these are licensed facilities (places to make food products under inspection), with space available to rent. Because we’re focused on helping Minnesota food entrepreneurs find resources to help them make products for wholesale markets, we chose to list only larger “commercial” shared facilities.

Most shared commercial kitchens have equipment such as: stainless steel tables, walk-in cooler & freezer, ice machine, commercial dishwasher & sinks, range & oven, stand mixer, food processor, slicer, pots & pans, and other small kitchen ware.

Dry storage shelving and ample cooler/freezer space available by shelf or pallet. Alarm system with 24-hour surveillance and guest access, alongside easy on-site parking.
