(2) The soil cleanup goal is the lowest of the human health based goals, the label application rate based goals and the goals based on leaching of contaminants to ground water for each of the high, moderate and low risk to ground water scenarios for each compound.

(3) The higher cleanup goal may be used when 50 feet of low permeability geologic materials are present overlying the aquifer of concern.
