At MDA, we have a number of regulated facilities that are divided up into Inspection Territories for various units to use as guidelines for planning their inspections. Depending on the number of inspectors and the inspection program, territories could be divided up based on counties, townships, major roads, or other factors. Regardless of the organizational scheme, inspection territories are often best represented by a map. Interactive maps, such as the ones linked from this page, allow MDA office staff to route location-based issues to the appropriate inspector, whether assigning new licensees or handling emergency responses. All maps are publicly accessible, enabling license holders, external stakeholders, and interested citizens to access inspection staff information in a seamless manner.
MDA staff can request hard copy or PDF versions of the maps below by sending an e-mail to the HelpDesk using the specific links in the table below. Any corrections or change requests must be routed through the main staff contacts listed for each program.
